ordered kitchen from ikea, it arrived a week early so we arranged delivery then the following happened, oven 5 weeks delay, in the end we ordered one from currys,worktops not delivered at the same time, when we phoned up told that they will be here in a week, 1 set of cabinet legs missing, either a 70 mile round journey or await delivery by post (7 days)
it is oh so frustrating and we only live 2 miles from ikea distribution centre yet we cannot pick a set of cabinet legs up from there! why cant these firms get things right in the first place
have now found other small parts missing due to parts being left out at the design stage, in 2 days have had to travel160 miles just to get bits that shouldnt have been left out
at this moment in time i am more than disappointed with ikeas kitchens
