Barclaycard have had my in dispute letter and today have sent this response
does anyone know if what they are saying is true? is there a letter I can send them as I still haven't had a copy of my original agreement - just the normal t and c's from barclaycard - the account was with Morgan Stanley, sold to Goldfish then BC

thank you cerberusalert, I will start to read up on that now - I take it I will need to send the letter re cpr 31.16 now? Do I have to start payment a token payment in the meantime? sorry for all the questions. Rainbow x
