Thread: parking ticket problem help please

my disabled wife recieved a ticket while parked on a single yellow line displaying a blue badge when she opened the ticket to check it a helpful warden came along and stated that has she had a blue badge on display the penalty notice should have contained a blue form which it did not the warden then said we should appeal has in her mind the ticket is void has it did not contain the correct details does anybody know if this is correct as im going to appeal and would take this further if she is correct cheers for any help.

Assuming this is a council ticket, the penalty notice is a document on its own. No blue form exists with a pcn.

He may mean you should have received a blue form when you first received the badge.

It's hard to give advice without seeing the PCN.
