    Default Evidence/Proof

    Hi

    Just a quick question.

Is evidence obtained on an internet forum admissible in court, with regards to inherant faults?

    Thanks

Just the sheer amount of reporting the same fault with the product (Laptop).

Also laptop manufacturer admitting fault with certain models.

It is proof in the strict sense of the term. It can be presented as hearsay evidence and may well be persuasive.

Matters such as this are 99% likely to be civil court matters where the burden of proof is on the balance of probability.

    Thanks Pat

Just thought it may carry some weight if I could prove that others are having the same problems as I am.
