Sent a SAR request to Lloyds regarding credit card, received it today and it contains all statements but no credit agreement copy or card holder protection agreement copy.
There are late payment fees of 195 pounds, the payment protection is 1,793.87, could anybody advice me as to if i can claim the payment protection fees as well as the late payment fees and if so has anyone been successful ?

you should have had copies of everything on your account, but it seems commonplace that they dont include cca's in a SAR rquest. You cant claim payment protection payments back unless you are claiming you were mis-sold the payment protection
