    Hi tiger33

Is there any news on this at all please?

Did you manage to prevent repossession?

We have a mis-sold PPIicon complaint (on a mortgage) being investigated by the fosicon and would be interested to hear your progress.

    Regards,

    Landy x

    Hi Tiger33

Thanks for getting back to me on this - it's most appreciated!

In our case we are not actually in the position of being repo'd very fortunately. We staved off repossession by our lender (sub-prime - Swift Advances) two years ago and redeemed our mortgageicon with them shortly after.

We are now trying to get the mis-sold PPIicon refunded and as we have had no success with either Swift or the broker involved we have filed a complaint with the fosicon.

As neither Swift nor the broker feature in the recently unveiled FOS league table of complaints, it is hard to tell what our chances of success are:-?

I presume you were successful in managing to prevent repossession?

Did you get you PPI refunded ok?

    Regards,

    Landy x

Hi Landy, sorry to butt in here but just to let you know that the company I work for has managed to get money back from PPIicon from Swift so dont give up trying, it may just take a little longer than average and should certainly be worth the effort in the long run !
