Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I took Ryanair to small claims court in the UK (because I live here and I thought it is easier than Dublin). Ryanair confirmed the UK address but argues that it does not trade there anymore (since 30 May 1985). So it feels not responsible regarding contract. Can somedy let me know if Ryanair has been sued through the UK courts?
Any help would be nice.
Do you know more details about that court decision? I need a copy of it as I need to argue that it is possible to sue Ryanair in the UK through small claims.

I do not know anything about your claim but I am grateful for Ryain air as I would not be able to visit a very sick relative every other week only for them, they fares are very cheap, much cheaper than any other way of travelling anywhere from the UK to other destinations.
Years ago I would have had to save up for a long time before I could travel by air but now thanks to Ryain air it is the cheapest way of traveling, I have got fares for as little as 1p and the dearest has been £5.
However if you feel that you have been cheated then by all means take them to court. But I hope they are not going to put fares up because of it, as this would be dreaful for peopel like myself having to make long frequent visits to see sick relatives being an OAP.
