Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights

Hi All
Looking for some help.
I live in Scotland and have gone thru' stages upto and incl letter saying I will take court action against RBS for approx £2500.
Recvd 2 letters from RBS saying charges are fair and to go talk to Ombudsman.
Have been to Sheriff court to take small claims action but claim too large. I said I would do it in stages but was told this is a no go.
Any help from here would be appreciated. Are RBS being more difficult than other banks. Not for long I hope

see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,
Straining upon the start. The game's afoot:
Follow your spirit; and, upon this charge
Cry 'God for Harry! England and Saint George!'
If you think I have helped, informed, or amused you do the clickey scaley thing !!
I don't know if it helps but I have filed against BoS in England, using MCOL, because they are part of Halifax.
If RBoS has a registered office in England then you should be able to do it too, up to £5000.
Any views or opinions expressed are in good faith, to the best of my ability. I don't like to admit it, but I have been known to be wrong. Check other threads and if in doubt, seek professional advice.
