    Default I had a telephone call from a company claiming to be able to reclaim my charges.

    2 questions

    Anyone used one of these companies?

    How'd they know I needed their service?

    1) Never used one.
    2) They were cold calling so they got lucky

    I had missed call from blackpool number (banking solutions) i think. I called back and guy asked about bank charges and said claims were not on hold and that i needed proper legal forms from them at a cost of £49.99 and promised i would get all my charges plus interesticon within 12 weeks. I only got rid when i said i did not have a credit or debit card as i could smell a rat. did a google search and seems they have been calling loads of people at random and just so happened i have applied to Abbeyicon to refund my charges. BEWARE would almost bet this is a con. I certainly will not be giving them £49.99!!
