HI THIS IS MY 1ST POST
I took out a £2,000 loan with mobile money in 2007 when i lost my job to get over christmas . we started paying £378 per month, then after 6months this was lowered to £300 per month as i had to re sign for the loan and so on till now were im supposed to pay £270 per month un fortunately we are having to go bankrupt but M.M say that does not affect them and i still have to pay £750 to clear the arrears. we have paid over £5,000 back to them so far. is there ant thing we can do to stop things getting nasty? i have moved the car away from my home so they cant come to take it away till i can find out if i can stop them or if the official reciever will tell us to hand the car over . we have tried asking the local cab but they didnt seem to know that much about this sort of company . so im here with fingers crossed.
