After being successful with my bank, I have decided to attempt to get my PPI back from my River island store card. Having not got all statements going back to 1999 when I took out the insurance as a Student- I remember being allowed to cancel the premiums back in 2005 when I got married. Now, I never got the premiums refunded and wondered how to go about this. I would be very grateful for any advice.
