I recently came across this fantastic act which I believe will be the answer to all my car parking nightmare traumas.
I have a 2nd hand motor company opposite my house who use the public roads as a forecourt extension and the residents don't get a look in.
Whilst the act states that they are not allowed to have two or more cars for sale on the public highway within 500sq m, they are clever and leave the Price Tag" out of the window leaving the slightest trace to their company only by the sticker in the rear window of the company name.
My argument here, and I would appreciate your thoughts :
As the cars actually ARE listed for sale on the company's website, isn't that advertising them for sale wherever they are at the time of the customer reading the online article?
IE, if the Punto was parked on the road and I read the article on the company's website, aren't they advertising the car on the public highway?
