Hi, i want to start a claim against Morgan Stanley for late payment charges etc, but i can't seem to find a forum specifically for Morgan Stanley.
I'm not sure who to send the DPA letter to. Has anybody claimed against them yet? If so could you please let me know who to send my DPA to and what to expect from them?

OH Cap One - £436/ So far received £40. MCOL submitted 17/7/06. Caved 4/8/06 for full amount!!!
OH Monument - £140, claim filed 8th May. Requested judgement by default, settled in full 4th July via out of court settlement (see thread). Total £192ish received.
Me Barclays - £630. Received letter 13th May offering £300 full and final (they can bog off). Claim filed 16th May. Acknowledgement of Service filed 22nd May to defend all of the claim. Allocation Questionnaire completed and Stay been ordered by Judge on 18/7/06!!!
Thanks Angry Cat, I'll keep going as long as i have to. Won't be stopping until i've reclaimed every penny i can get back!!!

Birmingham Midshires - starting claim 1st March £3000+
MBNA - Settled in full
Amex - CCJ issued against Amex and full refund taken by Bailiffs - cheque received eventually!
Marbles - Full settlement
Capital One - Received full amount plus costs
Just filled in my DPA to Morgan Stanley, do i need to mention that i no longer have a credit card account with them, or should i just fill in my details and post it as it is??

just had my first delaying tactic from Morgan Stanley ,they want proof of identity even though I used the template DPA letter.Is this normal with them?
Yes it is. And they cash the cheque whereas most places post it back.
