Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi everyone, i know this may sound rather silly but what if you just called RBS head office or your branch and asked or told them to give you the charges back do you think that would work instead of paperwork...i hate paperwork but i spose if thats what you must do then i shall have to has anyone tried calling instead?
They will not want to cough up without a fight. Can you imagine what would happen if it got round that you could just phone them and theyll refund the charges.................
Also
Unless you record the conversation you will have NO proof
they probably wouldnt talk to you if they knew it was recorded
they would try to browbeat into submission
Paperwork IS important. they will not consider you unless you follow procedure!
send everthing recorded/registered/special delivery or by hand with a reciept
KEEP COPIES
1 SAR request
2 prelim
3 lba
4 file claim
5 GET MONEY
THIS WORKS
Any other method may fail and put the rest of your claim in jeapordy

see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,
Straining upon the start. The game's afoot:
Follow your spirit; and, upon this charge
Cry 'God for Harry! England and Saint George!'
