Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.

She has asked for her Son to attend Harris School in Croydon. Her eldest is already a student their (Year 11 next Summer)
They have not offered a place at this school and have offered Selsdon High School. According to AA route Map this is 6.2 miles from her house, timed at 31 mins in a car.
Now this journey from her house is THREE buses during peak hrs, so a guestimate of about 1 1/2 hrs each way. (If anyone knows Croydon this is a very conservative guess)
She has appealled the decision and the appeal has been rejected. ( I'll post all letters tomorrow after she emails them to me)
Can anyone advise what the next course of action is?
