Being Told To Repay!! Please Help Wondering About Court!!
I took on a job as a secret shopper with a company called 'Dyson Evaluation', I did some checking they had a proper website and information regarding what they did. Well after a few days the company informed me to withdraw £1000 from my account which was cleared funds. This money was transfered from another Abbey account via bacs.I was told to go to a western union and do a report on how i was treated as a normal customer i paid the money to a contact in London. After 3-4 days the company asked me to do another job in a different western union branch to transfer another £1000 which again had cleared into my account. After trying to withdraw my own money from Abbey i was informed that my account had been frozen as the company i worked for had illegaly taken money from someone elses Abbey Account and transfered it to mine. So my question is, Is Abbey in the wrong for security breaches and allowing me to withdraw cleared funds which i had no idea that it was stollen money and allowing me to withdraw more htan the daily limit....... Please help as its a strange case
