Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
If this is the wrong place for this can someone move it please.
My Aunt who is now 82 has been a stroke victim for nearly 30 years, she is paralysed all down the right side and is increasing infirm and in need of help. She has, with the help of my mother and her other surviving sister, decided that she it is now time for her to be cared for in a home, she wants this because she is feeling increasingly unsafe.
I think that she may be able to be admitted to a care home under medical condtions, and I am sure that I read somewhere that if she was unfit due to a medical condition then her fees would be paid for. Can anyone please advise me or point me in the right direction. I am pretty sure that we are going to have a fight on our hands.
