Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
After Receiving a letter last week of Chas.Rasher saying they intend to defend my court claim, i received another letter on saying off Sarah Watson confirming a FULL refund of all charges and court costs and NO threat of closing account. I immediately withdrew all money so they could not snatch it back.
Do i have to phone the courts up to tell them.
I could not have done this without the help of the CAG and everyone on this site i will definitely be sticking around to try and help other people.
Could a moderator let me know the procedure for making a donation, I wont forget that.
Good on you, I just read your 'thread' - fantastic.....
I believe you have to write to the courts to inform them you are withdrawing your claim. And if you PM a moderator regarding donating without using paypal I'm sure there are other ways. Thanks
The one at the top of the page to say you have won!!
