just been sent a copy of the signed application form asking me if its my signature , promising to send on a complete copy of the relevant document... bit wary of this. application form that was signed is just the tear off part at the bottom of sheet with some terms and conditions from a few months earlier photocopied onto back . should i confirm signature and just see what happens? (it is my sig btw) many thanks. DCA was first credit and OC was MBNA from 2003
