can anyone help, i had a morgan stanley credit card which i took out in sep 2005, they then transfered it to goldfish , i asked for my credit agreement in august 2008 , i recieved a 1 page application form, that is unreadable,, ,, since then it has now been taken over by barclaycard, who have sent me an enlarged copy which is still unreadable,, with a set of BARCLAYCARDS terms and conditions ,, i firmly believe they can not do that ,, can anyone help???????
i would take a look at the barclaycard threads as there is a lot of others in similar positions to you
if you read a few of the barclaycard threads or do a search for barclaycard lots of threads should appear

Its much easier to give advice on something if we see it first. Scan it up the more eyes the better. Barclaycard are probably the hardest to make any headway with but you have a good chance they don't have a compliant cca.

hi barclaycard have sent me a bundle of papers with interest charges and late payment charges , it does not show any transactions for the account, and thats all is this all they have to provide me with???
They must provide you with a list of all transactions on the a/c, along with all other data they hold for you. But generally they just send out copy statements. They never send the credit agreement, although they should.

If you don't have enough data from them to do this, see here - http://www.consumerforums.com/resour...mplate-letters- You can add in this letter that copy statements will suffice and would they also supply a copy of your credit agreement as required under the Data Protection Act in response to your SAR. (It's worth a try at least )
