Its much easier to give advice on something if we see it first. Scan it up the more eyes the better. Barclaycard are probably the hardest to make any headway with but you have a good chance they don't have a compliant cca.

    Hi Simongc,

If the application form is illegible, there's no need to post it here. It fails due to illegibility.

If it is legible to some degree, use this to check whether it appears to be enforceable - http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...nts-guide.html

You'll find pleanty of ex MSDW/Goldfish threads here. Just go through the BC forum scanning back through threads.

    Hi Simon,

BC will usually respond to a SARicon within the 40 day limit with statements for your a/c.

If they fail to do this, let us know and we'll review your position.

They must provide you with a list of all transactions on the a/c, along with all other data they hold for you. But generally they just send out copy statements. They never send the credit agreement, although they should.

If you can identify all penalty charges made to the a/c with dates, you have enough to put the chgs on a site spreadsheet to make your SOC - http://www.consumerforums.com/resour...n-spreadsheets

This can be sent to BC with your Prelim Claim letter - http://www.consumerforums.com/resour...s/121-bookworm

Read the Reclaiming Guide at Link No1 in my signatureicon below.

If you don't have enough data from them to do this, see here - http://www.consumerforums.com/resour...mplate-letters- You can add in this letter that copy statements will suffice and would they also supply a copy of your credit agreement as required under the Data Protection Act in response to your SARicon. (It's worth a try at least )
