My account's in dispute with BC after they failed to respond to my CCA request (usual T&C's after 12+2days deadline). I stopped making payments last Feb and have also had the robot phonecalls (92 logged calls!) - they obviously didn't bother reading my harassment letter. Things have been quiet lately until this arrived - looks like it's from their legal dept and designed to frighten.
Think it's time to draft a letter to the fos
