Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Had a chat with my friend last night who works with the National Debt Helpline and she was telling me that A&L are the main bank that close accounts when a claim for excessive charges etc is made.
Apparently, they pay up at the last moment but then retaliate by withdrawing the services.
Just thought I ought to warn anyone whos only account is with A&L just to open a backup in the event of this happing.
Has anyone else experienced this? would be interested to know.
