    Default Pressured into signing a mortgage?

    You may have grounds for setting the mortgageicon aside on the grounds of undue influence if the bank did not take reasonable steps to ensure that you freely entered the transaction.

    what about dodgy brokers that offer you a loan and pressure vulnerable customers on housing estates to buy their council house, and then lose it 6 month later!!
