I have just got the following letter after my claim with Barclaycard
I write further to your recent--communication regarding the default charges previously applied to your account, details of which have been passed to me so I can clarify Barclaycard's position.
I am sorry you feel the charges your have incurred are unfair. We believe that our charges are both fair and transparent, and we make them clear in our terms and conditions, and on the reverse of every monthly statement. These charges are avoidable by staying within your limit and making your monthly payment on time.
However, as a gesture of goodwill and without any admission of liability Barclaycard are prepared to credit you with £340.00 and £125.30 interest in Full and final settlement of your claim. The agency responsible for your account has been notified and your account balance will be amended accordingly.
Please be advised that from 1st August 2006, Barclaycard reduced its fee to £12.00 following the publication of the statement by the OFT.
For the purposes of the Financial Ombudsman Service you may regard this letter as our Final Response to your complaint.
There is no third Party involved in my account and no outstanding dept.
I have sent them a letter explaining this and I have sent them a letter before action.
I am now issuing a courtclaim, what do I pput in it? Any Ideas?

Ok, you'll need to read a few of the xxx vs barclaycard threads to understand the process but basically you'll need to use the Barclaycard POChere and fill in an N1 claim form.. the link below will take you to the form which you HAVE to fill out online and then print, you cant save it.
You need to put together this with the spreadsheet of charges and interest you are claiming, copy three times and send to your local court.

Have you sent BC a Prelim Letter and your lba. You don't say how their refund offer compares with the amount you are reclaiming.
Also, you should send BC a Rejection Letter from here re their GOGW offer if they are not offering to repay all your charges. Ignore any interest when deciding this as interest does formally come into play until you File your claim at court.
