    Default County court proceedure

    Anyone help me here, I'm in county courticon this Weds, I am taking my X to court over a disputed debt, I have done all the Prep, sent off my 'bundle' to court and her.
    I need some help here please as i have never been to a county court hearing and i'm very nervous.
    What is the proceedure ? I mean what happens when my name is called ? Do i tell my story to the judge ? Can i object to anything my X says ?
    Anyone guide me along here i really dont have a clue what happens in these courts. Any help most welcome please, Thanks

    if you contact the court , someone will explain how it all works. some courts will let you go in on a day and look around to see were everything is. if that is no help contact your c.a.b for infomation. good luck with your case.

    I took a driver to county courticon over an accident.She cut me up on a roundabout abd refused to admit liability even though I had 3 witnesses.My solicitor tried to say I was 100% to blame (by believibg the other drivers story), so I sackedicon him and took the case on myself.The result? I won.I had £325.00 .awarded to me.It was an experience I would definately go through again.If you do your research and have all the relevant paper work in order and laws at hand, then you can't really fail.
