Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I know that if you received DLA before aged 65 you can continue to receive DLA instead of Attendance Allowance & therefore still receive Motability (as shown by the dancing 73yr old on the front of todays Sun newspaper).
But is there any way someone over 65 & receiving Attendance Allowance can qualify for a motability vehicle or similar?
As I understand it the short answer is no. Unless you get mobility before 65 you've had it. I believe the reasoning is that anyone over that age is supposed to have trouble getting about anyway, which of course is stupid, but that's nothing new.
