    Angry Charges on charges

    Hi all hope somebody can help, my wife has just had charges taken out of her account this has put her overdrawn again and Abbeyicon have said that she will be charged again next month for being overdrawn. My question is can she be charged when they have taken her overdrawn if they can we will have to wait for the oft case and claim them back. But if anyone knows it would be a help thanks all.

    Yes, they do this and so far they get away with it.
    Theoretically they can do it.
    yes you will get them back assuming that the test case is successful for the OFT - as it surely will be.
    Would you like to give us more detail of what is owed by the bank etc.
    There may be a way forward.
