Default Ice Queen Vs Woolwich (on behalf of Mother in Law)

Ok we are at the stage where they owe my mother in law £3216 and they have offered £1000 and i cant find the letter anywhere where we it says we will accept this as part settlement and will be filing against them in court for the rest unless they wish to increase their offer.

    Please help.
