    Default OFT/Cap 1

    Have had a letter from OFT saying that if enough people complain about Capital Oneicon they will consider investigating their license they have asked if its ok to say Ive complained so I thought if enough people complained about them then they may investigate - what do others think?

    Yes, absolutely.

    However, this does seem a very lame response from the OFT.
    I wonder how many they need and how many they have had so far.

    OFT are very slippery

    I have had the same letter about 20 times about various companies.
    It is just a standard letter.

    I wouldn't think they would ever consider revoking crap ones licence
