Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I bought a car in January from a well known car dealership. Its been back and for to them 4 times and counting. I took it back again earlier and was given a courtesy car. An 06 KA. Drove 40 miles home on the motorway, got home to discover the front drivers tyre was bald. Not just low tread, the wires are hanging out. Wat can i do to the garage about this? Surely they should of made sure the car was roadworthy and safe before handing it over?
I think in your shoes i would contact them and have someone come out and replace the tyre, i dont see why you should have to change it or be inconvenienced by it, as others have already said in the meantime do not drive the car as its your neck on the line
