Lloyds Overdraft Charge,wrote a letter to LTSB, please advise what to do next!
Please help...
I recieved a letter from Lloyds sayint that they are going to charge me for 20£ unplanned overdraft. They said: £15 monthy fee and every day £6 ( 4 days).
I wrote them a letter saying that this is not fair (templates letter).
Today I got a reply saing that they are not going to cancel fees and when I opened current account with them i signed terms and conditions...
Please advise how what to do now...
I am lost!

Hi, I have the same problem, they always give me unplanned overdraft facility which I have never asked for and then charge me for 3-4 days equivalent to 60-100pounds and it always happen on a Friday....Can I use the template as well?

Guys, is the second letter the 'before action' one..it stars with ..."you have not responded to my letter etc..." but they did they said no until the verdict from their appeal is known....so what do I do?
