Hi, this is my first post on this forum, Im just wondering if someone could advise me as to what to regarding a PPI I requested from my bank, I had a loans, credit card and a flexi loan, but wrote to my bank sometime last year to cancel the policies and refund what I have paid bacvk to me with 8% interest , they have cancel the policies as requested but they will not pay back what premiums I have paid but as a will of a good gesture they will only pay the premium on the loan but will need to restructure my loan, I have written back to them to refuese their offer because I am not willing to restructure the loan.
Can someone advise as to what to do next!
