Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I was working for an agency until Thursday, and put in the time sheet for authorisation by the Employer. They have not authorised the time sheet and when I contacted the agency who I was working through their response was and I quote "Submitting timesheets and getting timesheets authorised is down to individual temporaries. This would have been explained to you when you registered"
Now my question is can they do this or am I still entitled to the pay owed and are they responsible for authorising and dealing with the employer.
With agencies, they won't process your payment until they recieve the signed timesheet authorising their charge to them which would produce your wages.
Why hasn't your time sheet been authorised? Would the agency call the employer to discuss the timesheet request?
