Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have been having a course of dental treatment which included fillings etc, this cost me £300 on the NHS. I had then to go back to my dentist (as part of original treatment) to get a metal bridge and three capped teeth. I have now been told this will cost me a further £300. I thought that there was a cap to the cost of NHS dental treatment.
I know my dentist has sought permission from the NHS to get ‘extra’ finance as she said it was over the limit for NHS work.
Can anyone give me advice, I have looked at the NHS website and it mentions a personnel dental plan, what is this? I have only signed forms that related to the ‘extra’ cost involved.
Wow a metal bridge and 3 capped teeth for £300. You should be laughing that you got it so cheap. Congratulations for finding a dentist that will do it for you.
