Hello,
I have a fix contract of 18 hours a week and I have been working mostly weekends for the past 2 years. Recently I noticed that my manager was not putting my name down on the rota. I was constantly reminding her to correct that.
She continues to do the same thing and last week she told me that I might not get my hours in the future. She keeps employing new staff or has casual workers to do the job. She uses the excuse that week-ends is difficult for them to find the hours. But they are always there, some other people are doing my hours now.
My other "contracted-colleagues" have got no problem with their contracts at all. Some even do extras!
How can I tackle that problem tactfully? I talked to her but feel that she has other things in mind!
