Don't know what an OSC is, but I presume that you signed some form of credit agreement for this so should be able to obtain copies of relevant documentation via a routine CCA request??

Apologies if this is totally irrelevant!!

I can only suggest that you find out what the settlement figure is on the finance agreement and then pay it off.

Just take it back if you don't want it. Put it on the counter, leave your details and walk away. You will hear nothing else from them.

They will re-furbish the wii and sell it on to the next unsuspecting customer.

I am not an expert, but I can give good advice about Brighthouse

Am learning more and more about DCA's too

I have no legal experience and all advice given is based on the knowledge I've gained from this site.
