Thread: ukcps ticket

i have just received a parking ticket i did park in disabled bay with no blue badge my argument is all other disabled bays empty bar 1 which was occupied by the woman who gave me the ticket i had small child with me and was in the store just over 1 min the time on my receipt was 9.43.42 i then immediately left store taking approx 10 sec my parking ticket was for 9.44 she watched me leave car scrawled on parking ticket and had just put it on windscreen as i approached car i feel £75 to be an extortionate amount i know i did wrong i am raging more that she was also parked in disabled bay just waiting to pounce and she would have been there a lot longer than i was bang to rights or should i ignore but learn my lesson any replies would be great but please dont tell me off him indoors has already had a go

File it neatly in a drawer, an never let it see the light of day again.

Do not "appeal" (no such thing really with a PPC)
Do not write to them
Do not reply to any letters
Do not pay them

ignore them, they are vultures and disabled bays in private cars parks have no meaning at all. save your money.
