Thread: Michael Sobell Solicitors / NCP

I wrote to this 'company' and stated that i didn't agree with their charges and was refusing to pay as I had photographic evidence to back my claim.

I have now received a 'FINAL WARNING' letter but now the 'associated costs' have been dropped and I am back to the original fine of £90. What do I do?

I parked outside the train station in the only space available and due to the parking of the other two cars over their lines, in the worn out marked bays I was forced to park at an angle with one wheel over the 'line'. I put a valid ticket on the car but on my return found I had been fined so took photos to prove that the lines were a) worn and badly marked and b) covered in autumn leaves.

I have read the threads about this firm so what is the next best course of action please?

If you have read the threads about Michael Sorbell then you should realise you should do nothing further.

And should have realised not to write in the first place.

2 letters from them is the usual, before they give up. Might be a couple more if you contacted them.

Ignore everything though.
