I am a newby and would appreciate some help. I have a Baclaycard which was previously a Goldfish card. I did the usual request for my Credit Agreement and within the time scale they provided me with merely terms and conditions and nothing else. I wrote to Barclaycard for this information.
What do i do next. I really dont want any Court action as it scares me to death. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have read many of the forums but am just getting confused as some say i should stop paying and some say not.
This is normally used to get your last 6 years' statements from them when you want to reclaim penalty charges. If you've been charged any penalties and need the statements, do this.
In your case, however, when they fail to supply your credit agreement (which they SHOULD but never do) in response to your SAR, you could then complain to the Information Commissioners Office and see if they can force BC's hand in the matter.
