    Default Help, QDOS - Grassroots

Hi, I'm hoping someone on here may be able to advise with a problem I am having with a reward card that has been issued through my work place. Basically we are paid rewards (£) for sales etc, which go into an account that we can use via a cedit card type reward card (QDOS). This card is a top up card which I have used to buy my train tickets through the past but have not used for a month or so as I am aware that there hasn't been any rewards going in for a while. Today I was called into the office by one of the senior managers in my work who had a letter advising that my account is in negative and that payment is required within 21 days of the date of the letter (27/4, which I have never received)?
I have checked my statements that my manager has and they are correct in as much that I have made the purchases on them but I didn't realise there was so little funds in the account and this has resulted in me being in £192 negative. Can someone please advise whether the card company (QDOS, Grassroots) are right to honour payments from a top up reward card when there is insufficient funds and when there is no agreed overdrafticon facility?
I was also wondering can QDOS force me to pay this back in the timescales they mentioned or at all and also can my workplace take any action against me like a disciplinery or dismissalicon as the manager has mentioned he is in discussions with HR?
Thanks in advance and sorry if this is a little long and unclear in any way only this is making me a little anxious now as I have no way of paying this back other then the smallest of monthly payments?
