    Default Virgin Media

Can anybody tell me what Virgin Media are like for service and customer service. I've had so much trouble with BT just lately that I want to switch to somebody else when my contracts are up with them and as I already have cables and sockets in the house for Virgin they seem like the obvious choice.
    Thanks

It isn't ideal if you get put through to their Indian call centre, that said in 14 years I have only ever had 4 issues in this period, so I think they've earned the 'least worst' accolade...!

Can only be as bad as BT on that score. 'Least worst' -- I like that

So far I've only heard good things about them, just a shame I've got so long left with BT.
