Thread: No response! - A&L

I wrote to A&L over four weeks ago regarding unfair bank charges as I am on benefits. They have not responded to my letter and I am wondering if I should re-send my letter again.

Which address did you send the letter to?

Try sending an email to this person - She is the Case Manager for Group Customer Relations. I have found her to be rather helpful.
