Hello,
I bought a insurance write off cat D a month ago that requires minor attention. Just had my registration certificate sent in from the DVLA but i was wondering what next? I need to pay MOT, Tax & insurance but i cant pay insurance without paying tax and i cant pay tax without paying MOT. I cant drive the car for an MOT test without having tax or insurance. I'm a bit confused.
I was advised to get an appointment from an MOT center and take the car but what if i'm stopped by the police and i have no insurance tax or MOT?

Just the insurance to sort out, then drive it to the pre-arranged MOT centre without tax. There is an exemption to tax for this particular reason.
