Unhappy Help with BMW / Blackhorse Finance please!

I recently have been looking for finance deals on a car, therefore after hunting found one in BMW. BMW said they will do the credit check with themselves and blackhorse finance, as i wanted a baloon payment at the end otherwise known as a PCP agreement.
Upon this BMW financial services refused to give me credit, which is fair enough and BlackHorse apporved me. I told the sales/business manager at BMW in the first instance I wanted a baloon payment and not straight HP as I wanted the option to hand the car back at the end.
I rang the business manager back and he told me that Blackhorse finance does not offer PCPs! Which is not true as I called them up and spoke to one of the main lenders in blackhorse finance, and he said as long as i passed their credit check I could have either HP or PCP agreement, as the credit check is done first then the package arranged. They told me to call back the dealer and explain this. Which I done, he got a bit funny with me and started saying if they would of offered PCP then he would of put it through like that. I have a feeling he did not put it through for a PCP when he should have done in the first place.

Blackhorse told me all the dealer would need to do it call them back and redo the package on PCP agreement, as the funds have already been approved as the total credit being borrowed would be the same amount.

Now i dont know whther BMW are trying to make more money out of this etc but do not know what to do.
could someone please let me know any info they have?

I'd not say BMW are trying to make money, but the dealer might well receive commission/payment which is higher with certain types of finance who knows.
