I intend to reclaim credit card charges. These were stopped about 4 years ago, when the CCCS made up a payment plan for me. However, about 2 years ago, the BOS stopped accepting the agreement and started charging late payment fees, overlimit fees, and interest (the monthly interest was greater than my monthly payment amount).
I intend to try to reclaim the late payment & overlimit fees and also the interest charges. I'm wondering whether I can make two separate small claims: one for credit card charges before my agreement with the CCCS; the second for the interest & charges that have been levied since the BOS stopped accepting the CCCS agreement. I thought that I could do this because the charges were applied under very different circumstances (without/with CCCS). Can anyone advise on whether this sounds ok, or whether I'll need to make one small claim?
