If a pupil is allocated a distant school due to no capacity in the area, and thus is entitled to transport but where no service is availalbe the parents can recieve .40p per mile fuel reimbursement for school runs, then subsequently if a second or third child in the family will be allocated to the same school for the same reasons would the reibmursement be paid per child (just as the Council would pay per passenger to bus/taxi service providors); or would parents be entitled only one amount of .40p per mile despite how many passengers they are asked to carry?
