Where a child was allocated to a distant school do to lack of space and no transport is available there, and the Council offers to reibmurse the standard .40p per mile for parents to drive, if subsequently due to the same situation a second or third child in the family will be allocated to that same school does would the reimbusement entitlement paid per child - or does it stay one amount per ride in contrast to per-passenger rate the Council would be paying to a taxi or bus, or if the second and third child were being allocated a different school?
