This links to a company local to me who have just advertised their services in the business section of the local newspaper.

Another one who thinks that they can issue 'civil penalties'.

I am tempted to ring them posing as a potential customer, just to ask how they can do it.

I know them, their paperwork is among the less outrageous but they can be 'reactive'. Have some fun
