Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Ive chopped this long story down to make for easier reading.....
I have just bought a car from Enans Halshaw Ford in bedford and part exchanged my old car for it.
Ford new the settlement quote would expire on the 29th of April and said this would not be a problem. I found out today that Honday recieved the cheque on the 8th May and as such re calculated the figure.
This means I made a payment on the 5th to Honda that I shouldnt have but Honda re did the settlement and effecticly charged me interest for this month...
who do i claim the payment back from? Honda are saying ford... I cant get hold of the business manager at Ford yet...
