    Default cancelling letter going to park xmas club

    hello

    i am abul to a cancelling to park xmas club.

    i have put it up below so that it can be given the once over look

    REQUEST TO CLOSE ACCOUNT

    Dear Sir or Madam

    I request that you close my Park Christmas Savings Club :

    my account Number is
    i have been paying my park account via standing order and below is list on what day
    the money came out of my account and how much.


     
    i have been told that there is a cancelling charge of 5% and i have worked this out to be £26.74

    therefor i would like to ask you to send me a cheque of
    £53.12 within 21 days of this letter

    I may have missed the point here but if 5% is £26.74 then the amount you should be asking back for is £508.06, however I could be completely wrong!!
